一、《吉林统计年鉴—2008》(中英文对照)是一部全面反映吉林省经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。本书收录了全省、各市(州)和县(市)2007年经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据。 二、全书内容分为21个部分，即1．行政区划和自然资源；2．综合；3．人口；4．从业人员和职工工资；5．固定资产投资；6．能源生产和消费；7．财政、金融和保险；8．物价；9．人民生活；10．市政公用事业和环境保护；11．农业；12．工业；13．交通运输和邮电通讯业；14．建筑业；15．批发零售贸易和餐饮业；16．对外经济贸易和旅游业；17．教育、科技和文化事业；18．体育、卫生和其他事业；19．企业景气；20．企业集团和改制企业情况；21．市(州)和县(市)概况。附录：主要统计指标解释。 三、本年鉴大部分资料来自定期统计报表，部分资料来自快报和抽样调查。 四、资料中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 五、本年鉴中所使用的价值量指标，除已注明外，均按当年价格计算，发展速度按可比价格计算。 六、本年鉴中的符号使用说明：“…”表示数据不足本表最小单位数；“空格”表示该项指标数据不详或无该项数据；“#”表示其中的主要项。 七、本书的编辑出版，得到省直有关部门、各市州、县(市、区)政府及有关企事业单位的大力支持，我们对此表示诚挚的谢意! Jilin statistical yearbook 2008 is annual statistics publication, which cover very comprehensive data series for 2007 and some selected data series for historically important years in whole province, cities (pretecture) and counties and therefore, reflects various aspects of social and economic development. Ⅱ. The book is organized into two parts: Special reports and Statistics data. The statistics data is separated into 21 parts, ie. 1..Administrative Division and Natural Resources; 2.General Survey; 3.Population; 4.Employment and wage; 5.Investment in Fixed Assets; 6.Production and Consumption of Energy; 7.Price Indices; 8.Public Finance. Banking and insurance; 9.People's Livelihood; 10.Urban public utilities and environment; 11. Agriculture; 12.Industry; 13.Transportation, postal and Telecommunications services; 14.Transportation, postal and Telecommunications ternational Tourism; 15.Wholesale, Retail trade and Food services; 16.Foreign Economy trade and international Tourism; 17.Education, science and culture; 18.Sports, Public Health and others; 19.Prosperity of enterprises; 20.Group and enterprises of refroming regime; 21.General survey of city and county. In the appendices listed are comparison of indicators of economy and explanatory note for major indicators and main economic indicators of northeast three province. Ⅲ. The major data Sources of this publication are obtained from annual statistical reports and from sampling surveys. Ⅳ. The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units. Ⅴ. The value indicators used in this book are at current price except notes have made and growth rate is calculated by constant price. Ⅵ.
