面向居家老人的智能医疗产品可用性评价研究

【摘要】 科技的发展给人们的生活带来很多的便利,但并不是所有的用户群体都享受到科技发展带来的便利。尤其在中国老年群体的数量不断增加的情况下,养老机构承载养老服务的能力相较于老年人口仍有较大的缺口,因此大部分老人选择居家养老。但老年人在使用家用医疗产品时,由于生理机能衰退和认知能力退化,存在不同程度的使用障碍。研究显示,老年人在使用家用智能医疗产品时存在很多问题。可用性评价能够为解决老年人使用家用智能医疗产品时存在的问题提供一定的可能。本文通过对可用性评价理论和可用性指标评价体系的构建方法进行梳理,为后文面向老年人的家用智能医疗产品可用性指标评价体系构建奠定理论基础。从用户角度,分别从老年人的行为能力和认知能力进行分析研究,结合可用性理论,提出老年人在使用家用智能医疗产品时的可用性因素,包括视力、听力、触觉、操作力、感知能力、学习能力、思维能力等方面。从产品方面,根据对家用智能医疗产品的易学性、易操作性、易维护性、安全性、智能性和使用意愿方面进行可用性分析,得出家用智能医疗产品的一级可用性指标和二级可用性指标。以家用制氧机为例,确定可用性指标,通过层次分析法构建可用性指标评价模型,计算各个可用性指标的权重,完善指标评价体系。从可用性指标的评价方法,将可用性二级指标分为客观感知类、主观感受类和客观类指标,分别对制氧机的可用性二级指标进行评价,根据构建的指标评价体系对二级指标的评分进行加权计算,得出家用制氧机的可用性评分。本研究通过构建面向老年人的家用智能医疗产品可用性指标评价体系,为面向老年人的医疗产品的可用性评价提供参考,拓展面向老年人的产品可用性理论研究。通过可用性评估找出现有家用智能医疗产品存在的可用性问题,为提升面向老年人的家用智能医疗产品的可用性提供参考。

【Abstract】 The development of science and technology has provided a lot of convenience to people’s lives,but not all user groups have enjoyed the convenience from the development of science and technology.In particular,the number of elderly people in China is inconvenient to increase,but there is still a large gap between institutions for the elderly and the population of the elderly.Most elderly people choose homebased care.Due to the decline of elderly’s physiological functions and cognitive ability,elderly people are unable to use medical devices at home facing different levels of use barriers.Studies have shown that elderly people meet many problems when using smart medical devices for home use.Usability evaluation can provide the possibility to solve the problems existing in using of smart medical devices for home use by the elderly.This study sorts out the construction of usability evaluation theory and usability index evaluation system,and lays a theoretical foundation for the later construction of the usability index evaluation system of smart home use medical devices for the elderly.From the perspective of users,this analyzes and researches the behavioral and cognitive abilities of the elderly,combined with usability theory,and proposes usability factors for the elderly when using smart home use medical devices,including vision,hearing,touch,operating ability,perception ability,learning ability,thinking ability,etc.From the product aspect,according to the usability analysis of smart home use medical devices in terms of ease of learning,ease of operation,easy maintenance,safety,intelligence and willingness to use,the primary usability index and secondary usability index of smart home use medical devices are obtained.Taking the household oxygen generator as an example,determining the usability index,the usability index evaluation model is constructed through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each usability index is calculated,and the index evaluation system is improved.From the evaluation method of the usability index,the usability secondary indicators are divided into objective perception,subjective perception,and objective categories,and the oxygen concentrator usability secondary indicators are evaluated respectively,and the secondary indicators are scored according to the constructed indicator evaluation system.Weighted calculation to get the usability score of the household oxygen concentrator.This research provides a reference for the usability evaluation of smart home use medical devices for the elderly by constructing a usability index evaluation system,and expands the theoretical research on the usability of products for the elderly.Through usability evaluation,we can find out the usability problems of existing home smart medical products,and provide a reference for improving the usability of home smart medical products for the elderly.
