丙烯腈生产过程研究

【摘要】 合成纤维、ABS树脂和聚丙烯酰胺的重要单体为丙烯腈。丙烯腈可以聚合生成腈纶,腈纶应用于日常生活的许多方面。丙烯腈与丁二烯、苯乙烯共同聚合制得ABS树脂,ABS树脂是白色家电、汽车的主要原料。丙烯腈通过水解、聚合生成聚丙烯酰胺,聚丙烯酰胺是油田三次采油的核心。因此研究丙烯腈生产过程,提高丙烯腈产品质量,降低丙烯腈原料消耗显得十分主要。为了降低丙烯腈装置原料消耗、提高三废处理能力,本文进行了以下研究工作:1、丙烯腈反应分析:通过对丙烯、氨、空气氧化法制丙烯腈的反应热力学计算,找出最佳反应条件,达到节能降耗的目的。2、丙烯腈精制系统介绍:解析丙烯腈精制回收率的计算方法、影响因素及提高丙烯腈精制回收率的办法;找出影响丙烯腈产品质量的原因及提出解决办法。3、废水处理工艺研究:丙烯腈装置采用生物倍增工艺处理废水的特点及日常生产问题的处理。

【Abstract】 Acrylonitrile is important monomer of synthetic fiber, ABS resin and polyacrylamide. Acrylonitrile can be polymerized to be acrylic fibers which can be applied to many aspects in daily life. Acrylonitrile butadiene, styrene and co polymerization of ABS resin, ABS resin are main raw materials of white home appliances and automobiles. Polyacrylamide was obtained by by hydrolysis and polymerization of acrylonitrile, which polymer is the core of the three generation oil recovery of oil field. So the research on Acrylonitrile production process, improving the quality of Acrylonitrile products and reducing consumption of raw materials is very important to Acrylonitrile:1.Acrylonitrile reaction analysis: through calculation and analysis of thermodynamics about reaction of propylene ammonia and air oxidation process of acrylonitrile, the best reaction conditions were found and the purpose of energy saving was achieved.2.Introduction of Acrylonitrile: computational methods, refined recovery rate of parsing Acrylonitrile influencing factors and improving Acrylonitrile purification recovery solution; find out the reason about influencing the quality of acrylonitrile and proposes its correponding solution.3.Study on the technology of sewage treatment: Acrylonitrile device using biomass doubling characteristics of waste water treatment process and daily production problem processing.
