【摘要】 腐蚀是影响管道运行安全和使用寿命的重要因素。管道防腐层检测是完整性管理的重要内容之一。介绍了国内管道应用的管道防腐层检测技术应用适用性和局限性，分别针对防腐层质量状况、缺陷量化评价、阴极保护有效性、杂散电流干扰、裸露管段和绝缘接头检测情形，提出了检测技术选取策略。总结了管道防腐层检测技术在国内管道应用案例，以及引入管道完整性影响因素总值对缺陷点严重性进行评价的理念。通过评价防腐层性能和严重程度，针对性对防腐层缺陷进行监控、维修，对于提高保证管道安全运行具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corrosion is an important factor affecting the safe operation and service life of pipelines. Pipeline anti-corrosion coating testing is one of the important contents of integrity management. This paper introduces the applicability and limitations of pipeline anti-corrosion coating detection technology in domestic pipeline applications, and proposes detection technology selection strategies for the quality status of anti-corrosion coatings, quantitative evaluation of defects, effectiveness of cathodic protection, stray current interference, detection of exposed pipe sections and insulation joints. It summarizes the application cases of pipeline anti-corrosion coating detection technology in domestic pipelines, as well as the concept of introducing the total value of pipeline integrity influencing factors to evaluate the severity of defect points. By evaluating the performance and severity of the anti-corrosion coating, targeted monitoring and maintenance of defects in the anti-corrosion coating are of great significance for improving and ensuring the safe operation of pipelines.更多还原
