二甘醇和叔丁胺还原胺化制备TBEE工艺及动力学研究
Study on the Processes and Kinetics of Preparing TBEE Through the Reductive Amination of Diethylene Glycol and Tert-Butylamine
【摘要】 叔丁胺基乙氧基乙醇(TBEE)是一种选择性吸收H2S的新型空间位阻胺类脱硫剂,研究二甘醇(DEG)和叔丁胺(TBA)的直接还原胺化工艺路线制备TBEE具有重要的学术意义和经济价值。本工作制备了一种NixCuy/Al2O3非均相催化剂,对其活性组分与负载比例进行筛选,得到最优的Ni、Cu元素质量比为3:2。将Ni3Cu2/Al2O3用于催化DEG还原胺化反应,并对该反应的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,在200℃、催化剂质量为1.0 g、原料胺醇物质的量之比为2:1、H2压力为1.0 MPa的条件下,DEG在3 h内可以达到77.2%的转化率,TBEE收率可以达到67.2%。最后,对DEG还原胺化反应机理与动力学进行研究,该研究结果为TBEE的工业化生产提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 2-(2-Tert-butylaminoethoxy)ethanol(TBEE) is a new sterically hindered amine desulfurizer that selectively absorbs H2S. Studying on the direct reductive amination process of diethylene glycol(DEG) and tert-butylamine(TBA) to prepare TBEE has important academic significance and economic value. In this work, Nix Cuy/Al2O3 heterogeneous catalyst was prepared, the active components and loading ratio were screened, resulting in the optimal Ni and Cu element mass ratio was obtained as 3:2. The Ni3 Cu2/Al2O3 was used for the catalytic reduction amination of DEG, and the process conditions for this reaction were optimized. Experimental results showed that under the conditions of 200 ℃, catalyst mass of 1.0 g, raw material amine to alcohol molar ratio of 2:1, and H2 pressure of 1.0 MPa, the DEG conversion reached 77.2% within 3 h, with a TBEE yield of 67.2%. Finally, the study on the mechanisms and kinetics of the reductive amination reaction of DEG was carried out, which provided certain reference significance for the industrialization of TBEE.
