【摘要】 民族健身操作为融合民族文化与现代健身理念的体育项目，是推动高校体育课程特色化建设、落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。该文在分析其推广必要性的基础上，系统梳理了当前高校推广过程中面临的现实机遇与挑战。研究表明，网络平台的普及、政策红利的持续释放以及校园健身热潮的兴起为民族健身操的传播与发展创造了有利条件。然而，主流健身观念的冲击、赛事规则的缺失、项目内容的繁杂、师资力量的薄弱以及评价机制的缺失，仍严重制约了其规范化、体系化发展。对此，高校应从价值引导、赛事构建、资源整合、师资培育与评价完善等多维路径入手，系统推进民族健身操的可持续推广，以实现体育育人、文化传承与特色课程建设的有机统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a sport that integrates ethnic culture with modern fitness concepts, ethnic fitness exercises serves as a vital vehicle for promoting the distinctive development of physical education curricula in colleges and universities and for implementing the fundamental task of "Lide Shuren." Based on an analysis of the necessity for its promotion, this paper systematically examines the current practical opportunities and challenges encountered in its promotion within higher education. Research indicates that the proliferation of online platforms, sustained release of policy dividends, and the rise of campus fitness trends have created favorable conditions for the dissemination and development of ethnic fitness exercises. However, the impact of mainstream fitness concepts, the lack of competition rules, the complexity of project content, the weakness of teaching staff, and the lack of evaluation mechanisms still severely hinder its standardized and systematic development. In response, colleges and universities should start from multiple paths such as value guidance, competition establishment, resource integration, teacher training, and evaluation improvement, and systematically advance the sustainable promotion of ethnic fitness exercises, in order to achieve the organic unity of physical education, cultural inheritance, and distinctive curriculum construction.更多还原
