低粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷纳米乳制备与护发性能表征

【摘要】 采用高压均质法制备一系列不同低粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷、不同小分子阳离子季铵盐纳米乳液(Nano1~Nano10),表征纳米乳粒径大小、颗粒表面电荷Zeta Potential、粘度与剪切应力、温和性等指标,并研究应用于洗发水配方的护发性能。结果表明,可制备系列粒径在100~550 nm的低粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷纳米乳,颗粒表面带正电荷;纳米乳温和无刺激,应用于洗发水可显著改善湿发、干发调理性,也可提升头发蓬松度。

【Abstract】 Nanoemulsions were prepared via high-pressure homogenization using different types of low-viscosity Dimethicone and small-molecule cationic quaternary ammonium salts. Nanoemulsions were characterized in terms of particle size, surface charge(Zeta potential), viscosity, shear stress, and mildness. These nanoemulsions were incorporated into a shampoo formulation to evaluate their hair care performance. Results demonstrated that series of nanoemulsions with particle sizes ranging from 100 to 550 nm could be successfully prepared, exhibiting positive surface charges. These nanoemulsions were mild and non-irritating, when incorporated into shampoo formulations, significantly improved wet and dry hair manageability while also enhancing hair volume.
