甾体荧光探针的合成及对废水重金属离子的检测
Synthesis of steroidal fluorescent probe and evaluation of their metal ions recognition
【摘要】 本文利用3-氧代-5β-24-胆烷酸甲酯(4)与单缩二氨基硫脲(2)为原料,合成了一种新型甾体不对称双缩二氨基硫脲席夫碱荧光探针N′-(2-羟基亚苄基)-2-(3-基亚甲基-5β-24-胆烷酸甲酯)肼基-1-硫代碳酰肼(L)。在缓冲溶液(pH 6~9)中,探针L可以高选择性荧光识别Zn2+,检测限可达到0.21μM。在365 nm紫外灯照射下,溶液由无色变成亮绿色强荧光。生成1∶1型配合物(L-Zn2+)。实际应用研究表明,探针L可应用于实际水样中一定浓度范围内Zn2+的检测。
【Abstract】 A novel asymmetric bis-Schiff base fluorescent probe methyl(5β)-3-[2-[[(2-hydroxyphenylideneamin)-amino]thioxomethyl]hydrazinylidene]-cholan-24-oate(L)was synthesized by using methyl(5β)-3-oxocholan-24-oate and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde thiocarbohydrazone as starting materials.In an ethanol/tris(pH 6~9)buffer solution,the probe L displayed excellent chemo-selectivity towards Zn2+ ions,the limit of detection of the probe L for Zn2+ could reach 0.21 μM.When Zn2+ was coordinated with probe L,a 1∶1 type complex(L-Zn2+)formed and fluorescence color of the system was changed from non-fluoresce to strong bright-green fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp irradiation.Furthermore,the proposed research revealed that the probe L could be used for the detection of Zn2+ in actual water samples.
