【Abstract】 Characterized by high density,high viscosity,high contents of residual carbon,sulfur,heavy metals and asphaltene and low overall extraction rate,,Tahe crude oil is a poor-quality thick oil difficult to process.Based on these characteristics of the crude,refineries should opt to produce gasoline,low-freezing point diesel and lighter products by means of coking technology using this crude.No vacuum distillation tower or catalytic cracking unit is needed.To maximize the lifecycle of units,engineers took a series of measures including adopting coking programs with high circulation ratios,inline coke burning and multi-point steam injection technologies and equipment corrosion prevention techniques,conducting technical upgrades for using electric desalination technology,extending the time for injecting defoaming agents and decoking agents and strengthening the"One Removal and Three Injections"anti-corrosion operations.更多还原
