镁合金在汽车工业中的应用及其研究进展
Application and Research Progress of Magnesium Alloys in Automobile Industry
【摘要】 镁合金以其轻质、减振、防辐射等特点在许多领域获得了广泛应用。目前,镁合金在汽车上的应用正由壳体、支架类向发动机罩、气缸体、车顶板、车体加强板、油底盘等大型整体部件发展。从镁合金零部件的市场应用看,耐热和高强高韧仍是车用镁合金的两大基本性能需求。本文综述了主要耐热镁合金系的强化机制及性能特点,认为Mg-Zn系合金是有望开发成功的新型高性能低成本耐热镁合金。另外,对今后镁合金的研究重点也提出了一些建议。
【Abstract】 As magnesium alloys have good characteristics such as light weight,good damping and electromagnetic shielding,they have wide applications on many fields.At present,the magnesium alloys are being developed from shell,brackets to big whole parts,such as engine cover,cylinder body,roof,reinforcing plate,oil pan etc.The heat resistance and high strength-toughness of magnesium alloys are usually required in automobile industry.The strengthening mechanism and property of the main heat-resistant magnesium alloys are reviewed and analyzed and the future research emphases of magnesium alloys were also proposed.It is thought that the Mg-Zn alloy is a new promising heat-resistant alloy.
