【摘要】 乡村振兴,交通先行。党的十八大以来,全国农村公路经历了以适应全面建成小康社会为导向,以乡镇、建制村通畅工程为重点的大规模建设与发展阶段,农村公路覆盖范围、通达深度、通畅水平、服务能力显著提高,农村交通运输条件明显改善,但是,相对于人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要、农业农村现代化发展需求和交通强国建设要求,农村公路发展还存在一定差距,包括路网通达深度仍然不足、技术等级水平总体偏低等。为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于乡村振兴、“四好农村路”建设等重要指示批示精神,国家大力推动乡村公路建设,以云南省为例,《云南省公路“十四五”发展规划》提到,十四五期间云南省新改建农村公路将达到约6万公里,所以如何有效的控制农村公路的工程进度,在不影响民生的条件下在约定工期内完成工作任务值得探讨。A农村公路改造工程周边环境复杂,交通不便。YB公司在项目实施过程中的进度管理方面遇见了很多问题。本文以A农村公路改造工程为例,仔细分析了项目存在的问题、影响项目进度的影响因素,运用项目进度管理的相关理论对项目的进度计划制定、进度控制进行研究,探求农村公路改造工程有效、合理的进度管理方法以及相应的保障措施。本文以A公路改造工程进度管理的实际情况为出发点,结合实际工作经验,围绕进度管理的相关问题进行了探讨。首先在收集总结整理国内外有关文献资料的基础上,对相关理论成果进行梳理,总结了进度管理理论进度管理的方法及工具,为下一步研究打下基础。然后对A农村公路改造工程的项目现状进行分析,通过实地调查总结了相关问题,对进度不如预期的原因进行分析。最后对项目进行进度计划编制并提出了进度控制方案。通过对项目进行工作结构分解、对分解后的活动进行排序与工期估算编制了进度计划,针对计划的不足进行优化。在此基础上开展进度控制,包括项目进度动态监测、运用挣值法以及S曲线法进行进度检查与偏差分析以及进度纠偏,并结合实际情况针对性的提出进度管理的保障措施,为类似的项目的进度管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural revitalization requires transportation first.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,rural roads across the country have gone through a large-scale construction and development stage guided by the need to adapt to the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society,with a focus on the smooth construction of townships and organized villages.The coverage,depth,level,and service capacity of rural roads have significantly improved,and the transportation conditions in rural areas have significantly improved.However,compared to the growing needs of the people for a better life There is still a certain gap in the development of rural roads,including insufficient depth of road network connectivity and overall low technical level,in accordance with the requirements of agricultural and rural modernization development and the construction of a strong transportation country.It is worth exploring how to complete work tasks within the agreed timeframe without affecting people’s livelihoods.The surrounding environment of rural road renovation project A is complex,and the transportation remains unchanged.Even though there are many experiences in similar projects in reality,YB company has encountered many problems in progress management during the project implementation process.This article takes the A rural road renovation project as an example to carefully analyze the key issues and influencing factors that affect the project schedule.The relevant theories of project schedule management are used to study the project schedule plan and control,and to explore effective and reasonable schedule management methods and corresponding guarantee measures for rural road renovation projects.This article takes the actual situation of progress management in the A highway renovation project as the starting point,and combines practical work experience to explore the relevant issues of progress management.Firstly,on the basis of collecting and summarizing relevant literature and materials at home and abroad,the relevant theoretical achievements are sorted out,and the methods and tools of progress management theory progress management are summarized,laying the foundation for the next step of research.Then analyze the current situation of the A rural road renovation project,summarize relevant issues through on-site investigation,and analyze the reasons why the progress is not as expected.Finally,a progress plan was prepared for the project and progress control methods were proposed.A progress plan was prepared by decomposing the work structure of the project,sorting the decomposed activities,and estimating the construction period.Optimization was carried out to address the shortcomings of the plan.On this basis,progress control is carried out,including dynamic monitoring of progress,use of earned value method and S-curve method for progress inspection and deviation analysis,as well as progress correction.Based on the actual situation,targeted measures for progress management are proposed to provide reference and reference for similar project progress management.11 Figures,12 tables,44 references更多还原
