甘蔗染色体遗传研究进展

【摘要】 [目的]了解甘蔗染色体遗传行为,为其野生种质开发利用提供参考。[方法]通过文献检索,综述了甘蔗属种间、甘蔗属与近缘属杂交后代染色体的遗传方式以及原位杂交(GISH)技术和寡核苷酸荧光原位杂交(oligo-FISH)技术在甘蔗上的应用。[结果]甘蔗染色体遗传方式能影响甘蔗育种效率;GISH技术是染色体鉴定的有效工具;oligo探针的开发证实了割手密染色体的重排。[结论]甘蔗属间、甘蔗属与近缘属杂交有2n+n、n+n、n+2n和超2n+n等形式;结合GISH和oligo-FISH技术可对甘蔗染色体遗传进行精确研究。

【Abstract】 [Purpose] The comprehension of the genetic behavior of sugarcane chromosomes will provide references for the development and utilization of its wild germplasm. [Method] Through literature retrieval, the chromosome inheritance modes within Saccharum species and hybrids of Saccharum with its related genera, the applications of genomic in situ hybridization(GISH) and oligonucleotide fluorescence in situ hybridization(oligo-FISH) technologies in sugarcane were reviewed. [Result] The genetic modes of sugarcane chromosomes affect the efficiency of sugarcane breeding; GISH is an effective tool for chromosome identification; and oligo probes effectively verified the chromosomal rearrangement in S.spontaneum. [Conclusion] There are inheritance modes of 2 n+n, n+n, n+2 n and super 2 n+n within sugarcane genera, hybrids of sugarcane genera with its related genera; GISH and oligo-FISH technologies can be jointly applied to the chromosomal genetic research on sugarcane accurately.
