【Abstract】 Speed skating suits, as a kind of specialized equipment for competitive speed skating events, have high functional design requirements, involving aspects such as drag reduction, safety protection, sports comfort, and aesthetic appeal. The functionality of speed skating suits can be significantly optimized through fabric selection, pattern design, and auxiliary processes. This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the functional and technical characteristics of speed skating suits, both domestically and internationally, analyzing the integrated effects of tight-fitting compression speed skating suits on athletic performance from physical, physiological, and psychological perspectives. The aim is to clarify the research progress and future trends in the functionality and technology of speed skating suits, explore the feasibility of their practical application, and provide theoretical and technical references for the development of professional speed skating suits.更多还原
