【Abstract】 The Xiaowan Hydropower Station is the symbol and key project for China’s Great Western Development and the Strategy of Power Transmission from West to East. Due to its massive scale, the Project encountered many technical and engineering difficulties which are unprecedented worldwide. During the construction period of the Project, many hydropower construction difficulties were conquered and the achievements of construction and management are outstanding, which provides valuable experience for the construction and management of world-level hydropower projects.更多还原
